While his relatives filled concert halls and lecture rooms, Jakob chose a quieter path—one of words, observation, and deep internal reflection. From childhood, he journaled obsessively, often retreating to his favorite parks or coffee shops to write stories, sketch strangers, or simply listen.

Jess Kim was born on March 4, 1991, in Seattle, Washington, to first-generation Korean immigrants. From a young age, Jess showed an extraordinary talent for the arts—her sketchbooks were filled with portraits, nature studies, and imagined worlds. Her parents, both hardworking and traditional, encouraged education and stability, but always supported her creative spirit. Jess earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the Rhode Island School of Design, where she explored illustration, mixed media, and digital art. It was during these years that she developed her passion not only for creation, but for using art to connect and heal.

Steven Marak was born on October 17, 1985, in Durban, South Africa, into a close-knit family of Indian heritage. From an early age, Steven displayed a natural inclination toward systems, logic, and machines. By age 10, he had taken apart—and reassembled—his family’s radio, computer, and even their toaster. Not out of mischief, but curiosity. He pursued Electrical Engineering at the University of Cape Town, graduating with honors and the admiration of his professors, who recognized in him a rare blend of technical mastery and quiet determination.
